Although every situation can be unique, I typically charge a flat-rate per issue.
Small to Medium Sized Business
Did your only IT support technician quit? Need help setting up your network? Experiencing slow response issues? Think you might have a virus or spyware problem? Looking for open source solutions for your Network + Server + Desktop needs? Need basic help setting up your website or blog? Don’t want to hire a full-time IT staff? Need extra hands for doing a hardware install? Need a second opinion on a design? I’m here to help! I typically charge an hourly rate and prices are negotiable.
Non-Profit
You have the same real world technology problems as a business but not the same budget. I typically charge 25-50% less for non-profit organizations.
There’s no cost to contact me. I currently work full-time during the day, so any work that you need done will have to be done at night or, preferably, on a weekend.
